Unter dem Markennamen Duraprotect\u00ae entwickeln und vertreiben wir textile Airbagscharniere f\u00fcr Beifahrer-, T\u00fcr- und Seitenairbags. Fu\u0308r den automobilen Leichtbau haben wir als erstes Unternehmen eine funktionierende und ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Prozessschritt zu verarbeitende Sicherheits-L\u00f6sung zur Serienreife entwickelt. Neben der Produktion und Vereinzelung der Stanzteile bieten wir unseren Automobilkunden hier zus\u00e4tzlich eine 100%-Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle jedes Einzelteils.<\/p>\n

Neben klassischen textilen Materialien mit zus\u00e4tzlicher Funktionalit\u00e4t setzen wir auch zunehmend auf sortenreine Composite Materialien wie Curv\u00ae. Curv\u00ae zeichnet sich durch sehr gute Leichtbau- und Thermoeigenschaften aus. Es ist verformbar und schlagresistent. Neben den reinen Scharniertextilien entwickelt und vertreibt die K.L. weitere textile Sicherheitsl\u00f6sungen vor allem um das Absplittern von Kunststoff und somit ungewollten Partikelflug w\u00e4hrend der Ausl\u00f6sung eines Airbags zu verhindern. Besonders hilfreich in Seitenairbags in den Fahrzeugs\u00e4ulen und in hochmodernen Sitzairbags. Durch die selbstklebende Ausr\u00fcstung von Splitterschutztextilien erm\u00f6glichen wir eine ablaufoptimierte Produktion bei unseren Kunden. Geliefert werden k\u00f6nnen diese Materialien entweder als Rollenware, Einzelteile oder als Kiss-Cut-Teil, je nach Kundenwunsch.<\/p>\n
