The legal basis is Section 26 Paragraph 1 BDSG. If no employment takes place, we will delete the documents sent no later than six months after completion of the application process. If we intend to store the documents you send beyond the duration of the application process, e.g. because your application is being considered for another job advertisement, we will obtain your express consent to do so.
Hosting
We host the content of our website at IONOS SE. The provider is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57 in D-56410 Montabaur (hereinafter “IONOS”). The use of IONOS is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented as reliably as possible. Wordfence
We use the Wordfence plugin from the provider Defiant Inc., Attn: Legal Department, 1700 Westlake Ave N Ste 200, Seattle, WA 98109, USA (“Wordfence”). Wordfence stores users' IP addresses to detect brute force and DDoS attacks. IP addresses that are classified as harmless are put on a whitelist. Risky IP addresses are put on a blacklist. The IP addresses are stored in the database on our server.
The use of Wordfence is in the interest of security and protection of our online presentation from attacks. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If cookies are set by Wordfence, this is based on your consent in accordance with Article 25(1) of the TDDDG.
